Q: What is the dress code?
A:There is no dress code, but most people are dressy-casual. Sportcoat and tie optional.
Q: Can we bring alcoholic drinks?
A: No, all USA Dances are alcohol and smoke free. Feel free to bring your choice of other beverages as well as snacks for your enjoyment.
Q: When does the pre-dance instruction begin?
A: Dance instruction begins at 7:00 PM, followed by a practice session and dance party. Dance instruction is typically provided from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Q: Are there USA Dance membership forms available at the dance?
A: Yes, and you can also join our Chapter #5034 or renew your membership online by clicking on: www.usadance.org/membership
Q: What are the "flash" lessons?
A: Flash lessons are mini instructions during the first half of the social dance. It's a great way to introduce yourself to the variety of dances, as well as a good refresher if you have been out of the dance mode for awhile.
Q: Do I need to bring a partner to the dances?
A: No. We are a social dance organization and encourage everyone to come, meet new people and enjoy dancing. Our lessons typically will rotate partners so you have a chance to meet new faces and learn from a variety of experience levels.
